Mikaela was born in 1984. Her ethnicity is Italian, and Iranian. She was born and raised to be a part of Colbert, Washington, USA. At the age of two, she began to take dancing classes. Then, later on she participated in various school plays. In the beginning, she was a child model she appeared in several local ads. After graduating from the drama programme of Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, she was accepted into Loyola Marymount University in USA to continue her study. Mikaela began her career in 2007, when the film 'Frank" was released. She acted in the film "Sorority forever. In the following years, she became a prominent actor. Then, she played the role of lead in "Humanzee" after auditioning for the celebrated Director James Gunn. Then, she appeared on James Gunn & Peter Safran X-Box Show Sparky & Mikaela as an actor in the leading role. In 2010, Hoover began appearing in American productions wherein she played part as a guest in the movie "How I Met Your Mother'. Hoover also appeared in the film "Super" which was directed by the famed filmmaker James Gunn.
